The 2008 Syrah shows bright aromas along with great structure. Our vines were farmed meticulously maintaining the proper amount of cluster/clusters for each individual shoot. This technique produces a very intense wine that captures the flavors of our site. The 2008 Syrah was aged in 80% French and 20% American oak barrels (39% of which were new) for 15 months. The wine was bottled without filtration.

Classic aromas of boysenberry and blackberry with a smokey accent dominate the wine, while cranberry, blackberry flavors and refined tannins round out the flavors and finish.
